Return & Refund Policy — MadeForYou

At MadeForYou, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., personalized items, intimate products, or final-sale items). These will always be clearly indicated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, email us at support@madeforyou.com.
